Fairfax4Horses is dedicated to the establishment of public riding facilities on Fairfax County parkland. Because many stables in the area have closed as development has expanded, many individuals who would like to enjoy the benefits of horseback riding are not able to do so. Fairfax4Horses is working with the Fairfax County Park Authority, the equestrian community, private organizations, and others to establish riding facilities at which residents can take lessons and board horses.
